The Candlewood Inn, in Brookfield was the perfect setting for Alyssa and Jordan’s wedding.

When I tell you, there’s something magical about photographing weddings at The Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, Connecticut, you need to see the photos to see what I am talking about. I’ve been lucky enough to capture countless moments there, but each time I’m reminded why I love it so much. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful summer wedding, and everything about the day was simply perfect.

CHOOSE A VENUE WITH A WEATHER PLAN

You do NOT need to worry about rain, heat, any weather on your day, I repeat do NOT worry about weather, especially when you book the Candlewood. We were able to keep the party inside for most of the day and just come out for photos so everyone stayed comfortable in the heat. No matter what the weather forecast holds for your wedding day, the lake is the perfect backdrop. It’s no secret that The Candlewood Inn offers a unique blend of laid-back luxury, and on this day, that charm was in full force.

It’s All About the VIEW!

One of the venue’s standout features is the reception area, which has a full, unobstructed view of Candlewood Lake. As the sun begins to set, guests can see the vibrant colors of the sunset through the wall-to-wall windows. It’s a breathtaking sight that often tempts couples and guests to step outside to fully enjoy the moment. Even if there is no golden hour because of cloud cover, the view is a backdrop where most guests are taking photos.

The expansive lawn, dance floor, gelato bar with all the toppings, and attentive staff make ensure your guests feel at home while having the party of their lives. The Candlewood Inn is truly a gem.  Every wedding I photograph here is different, but each one is full of joy, beauty, and unforgettable moments.

Please pay special attention to the formatting that we have worked on (the first photo collage is the most important, a horizontal of the couple and then 3 bright and light detail photos below it.) Then please don’t cut the feet off. The crops are important.
